Your mental and physical health has never been so important. I wanted to take a moment to share with you what my plans are over the next few weeks.
Firstly, I will be doing a few more online yoga videos and breathing techniques, so you can continue to practice at home. This is really important, not only to help develop your practice, but to look after your body and mind. I may well even do a few Facebook or Instagram lives, so we can still practice together!
What’s more, for the classes that are running, I’d like to remind you that I will be washing my hands before and after class (as always) and would ask all my students to do the same.
Understandably, I would also ask that you use all your own yoga equipment – mats, straps, blocks and eye pillows (I have included the pattern for eye pillows so you can make your own!) Also, make sure you are wiping down your yoga mat – regardless of the current health situation, it’s important to keep them clean!
Obviously, please do not come to class if you are unwell, or display any symptoms of the Coronavirus. You can view the NHS website for more details. I will also not teach should I feel that I am unwell.
I have a few slots available for 121 Skype yoga sessions with me. These are £25pp for a 45 minutes online session. We’ll practice together using a video link (Skype) and these sessions will allow for a more tailored practice to you and what you need. We’ll chat about what you want to get out of it, and you can do it from the comfort of your own home! Email firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire.
