It’s amazing really, when you think about it… It’s one of, if not the most important thing we do as humans, and yet I can’t remember one time in my life where I have been actually taught how to do it properly.
Breathing is something so natural that we take it for granted, but honestly, when was the last time you breathed? Really breathed? I mean took time to focus on your breath, the life it gives you, the way it can help calm you?
Taking the time to focus on your breath can be a real game changer. This week, take a few minutes for yourself and focus on your breath. Allow this time to calm you, give you some ‘me time’.
